I propose a framework of occupational profiles that, as moving paintings, allows us to observe their current jobs, their past trajectories, and their expectations about the future. These moving paintings enable us to examine where they are, from where they come, and where they want to go. Summarizing these aspects, I develop five ad hoc profiles: unemployed who look for a proper job; temporaries who, for the moment, are there; stabilized relatively stopped; stabilized on the march; and the out-of-frame ones who are readjusting their paths. I conclude with the potential that gender and sexual diversity studies to develop descriptions of the living conditions of those groups.
